Test build support
There is no live support desk during the MVP. Report issues directly to the platform owner.
Why can't I play a program?
Protected programs require a signed-in account plus the right membership, purchase, organization membership or course enrollment. The access badge on each program shows what is required.
Are payments real?
No. The free MVP runs in test mode only. Checkout is simulated and recorded as a test transaction for demonstration purposes.
Is video quality final?
No. Adaptive bitrate streaming and production delivery are connected in a later milestone. MVP playback uses small compressed test files.
How do I become the Platform Owner?
The first administrator claims ownership once through the one-time bootstrap screen. After that, the claim is permanently closed.
